Dr. Bosacker provides therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults using evidence-based, cognitive behavioral therapies. She received extensive training in treating those who suffer from anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, conduct problems, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and complex trauma. Dr. Bosacker uses a genuine, collaborative approach to establish trust and build a foundation of strength and hope. She is committed to providing children, adolescents, and families with the knowledge and tools they need for growth and recovery. At the University of Minnesota, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree and obtained her Master’s from The New School for Social Research. Dr. Bosacker received her Psy.D. from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her pre-doctoral fieldwork was at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and at the Anxiety and Mood Disorders center at the Child Mind Institute. Finally, her internship was at MercyFirst, a residential treatment center for adolescents where she provided evidence-based treatment and conducted evaluations. Dr. Bosacker has worked with youth and families in a variety of settings including schools, medical hospitals, outpatient clinics, and residential treatment facilities.
