Dr. Dobbs is a psychologist who is dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment of children, adolescents, and their families. She has experience treating youth who struggle with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), complex trauma, and mood disorders. Dr. Dobbs has received training in evidence-based treatment modalities, including parent management training (PMT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
Dr. Dobbs obtained her B.A. from James Madison University and received her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Dobbs has provided individual, group, and family therapy in outpatient, school, and residential settings, and is committed to the betterment of children and adolescents who struggle with behavioral, emotional, and academic difficulties.
